100 and a Giveaway

Just before sitting down to write this post, I did this...
I was a little nervous going in because my out-of-shape brain read "80 squats" as "1,000 thigh busters"! But I turned on my "Brown Eyed Girl" Pandora station and got down to it. The 80 squats were tough, but the hardest part was the 50 crunches because they are right in the middle. I used this set as a warm-up to a Pilates workout...
I feel great...a bit hungry, but great! I'm going to add The 100 Workout to my routine every day. Hopefully it will get easier and easier until I can get up and complete it each morning without any whining and complaining beforehand (doubtful, but it's worth a try!)
